BBQ Pulled Pork (No Measuring, Instant Pot)

Measure nothing, dump everything, and keep the sauce on top to avoid burn warnings.

Ingredients (8–10 servings)

Settings

  • Pressure: High Pressure
  • Time: 60 minutes
  • Release: Natural Release 15 minutes, then quick release

Instructions (layer to avoid burn)

  1. Add water. Pour water into the inner pot.
  2. Add pork. Nestle pork chunks in the water and season lightly if desired.
  3. Top with sauce. Pour BBQ sauce over the pork. Do not stir.
  4. Pressure cook. Seal and cook on High Pressure for 60 minutes.
  5. Release. Natural release 15 minutes, then quick release remaining pressure.
  6. Shred. Remove pork and shred. If sauce is thin, use Sauté 5–10 minutes to thicken, then toss pork back in.

Serving ideas: Sandwiches, sliders, baked potatoes, tacos.
