Raising Cane's-Style Sauce & Crinkle Fries (Copycat)

A pepper-forward Cane's-style dipping sauce plus ultra-crisp crinkle fries. The sauce is best after chilling overnight so the pepper blooms.

Serving tips

  • Chill the sauce at least 4 hours; overnight is best.
  • Salt fries immediately after draining while they're hot.

Instructions

  1. Make the sauce. Whisk mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika until smooth.
  2. Chill. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours; overnight is best. Taste and adjust pepper or salt before serving.
  3. Heat oil. Heat oil to 350–375°F (175–190°C) for frying.
  4. Fry. Fry crinkle fries in small batches 3–5 minutes (per bag directions) until crisp and lightly golden.
  5. Drain + salt. Drain briefly, then salt immediately while hot.
