Raising Cane's-Style Sauce & Crinkle Fries (Copycat)
A pepper-forward Cane's-style dipping sauce plus ultra-crisp crinkle fries. The sauce is best after chilling overnight so the pepper blooms.

- Chill the sauce at least 4 hours; overnight is best.
- Salt fries immediately after draining while they're hot.
Instructions
- Make the sauce. Whisk mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika until smooth.
- Chill. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours; overnight is best. Taste and adjust pepper or salt before serving.
- Heat oil. Heat oil to 350–375°F (175–190°C) for frying.
- Fry. Fry crinkle fries in small batches 3–5 minutes (per bag directions) until crisp and lightly golden.
- Drain + salt. Drain briefly, then salt immediately while hot.
