Dump Pasta + Meatballs Marinara (No Browning, Instant Pot)
This is about as pour-and-press as pasta gets: no browning and no extra pan.
Ingredients (6–8 servings)
Settings
- Pressure: High Pressure
- Time: 5 minutes
- Release: Quick release immediately
Instructions
- Add liquid. Pour 4 cups broth or water into the inner pot.
- Add pasta + meatballs. Spread pasta out, then add frozen meatballs.
- Top with sauce. Pour diced tomatoes and marinara on top and do not stir.
- Pressure cook. Seal and cook on High Pressure for 5 minutes.
- Release and finish. Quick release immediately, stir well, then rest 3–5 minutes to thicken.
