French Dip Beef (Instant Pot)
Classic French dip beef with au jus built right in for dunking.
Ingredients (6–8 servings)

- Pressure: High Pressure
- Time: 70 minutes
- Release: Natural Release 15–20 minutes, then quick release
Instructions
- Add broth. Pour beef broth into the inner pot.
- Add roast. Place chuck roast in the broth.
- Season. Sprinkle onion soup mix over the top.
- Pressure cook. Seal and cook on High Pressure for 70 minutes.
- Release. Natural release 15–20 minutes, then quick release remaining pressure.
- Slice or shred. Skim fat from broth if desired and serve with au jus for dipping.
Serving ideas: Pile onto rolls and dip in the cooking broth.
