Instant Pot Chili (All Cans, No Leftovers)

Ingredients (6–8 servings)

Settings

  • Pressure: High Pressure
  • Time: 12 minutes
  • Release: Natural Release 10 minutes, then quick release

Instructions (dump-and-go method)

  1. Add water. Pour water into the inner pot.
  2. Add meat. Add ground meat and gently break it up with a spoon.
  3. Add the rest. Add remaining ingredients. Stir lightly near the surface; avoid scraping thick bits across the bottom.
  4. Pressure cook. Seal and cook on High Pressure for 12 minutes.
  5. Release. Natural release 10 minutes, then quick release remaining pressure.
  6. Finish. Stir vigorously to break up the meat. If thin, use Sauté 5 minutes to thicken.

Optional: Sauté the meat first until no longer pink, then add the rest and pressure cook as above.

Toppings: Cheese, sour cream, onions, tortilla chips.
