Settings

  • Pressure: High Pressure
  • Time: 4 minutes
  • Release: Quick release

Finish After Cooking

  • Stir in 12 oz peanut sauce
  • Add 2 tbsp soy sauce, plus more to taste
  • Add 1 tbsp sriracha, plus more to taste

Instructions

  1. Pour water first: Add 4 cups water to the Instant Pot.
  2. Layer without stirring: Add spaghetti in a crisscross pattern, then frozen broccoli, then drained canned chicken on top.
  3. Pressure cook: Cook on High Pressure for 4 minutes, then quick release.
  4. Finish: Stir in peanut sauce, soy sauce, and sriracha until evenly coated and glossy.
  5. Taste and adjust: Add more soy sauce or sriracha if needed.
  6. Texture adjustment: If too thick, add 2 to 4 tbsp hot water. If too loose, let sit 2 to 3 minutes.

Result target: Saucy, not soupy.
