Into the Pot
Settings
- Pressure: High Pressure
- Time: 4 minutes
- Release: Quick release
Finish
- Stir in 2 containers peanut sauce (12 oz each)
- Add soy sauce to taste
- Add sriracha to taste
Instructions
- Pour water first: Add 4 cups water to the Instant Pot.
- Layer without stirring: Add spaghetti in a crisscross pattern, then both bags of frozen vegetables, then both drained cans of chicken on top.
- Pressure cook: Cook on High Pressure for 4 minutes, then quick release.
- Finish: Stir in both peanut sauce containers, then season with soy sauce and sriracha to taste until evenly coated and glossy.
- Taste and adjust: Add more soy sauce or sriracha if needed.
- Texture adjustment: If too thick, add 2 to 4 tbsp hot water. If too loose, let sit 2 to 3 minutes.
Result target: Saucy, not soupy. This bulked-up version keeps the same texture while adding a lot more food.
