Italian Sausage + Marinara (Instant Pot)
No-brown sausage simmered directly in marinara with a quick pressure cook.

- Pressure: High Pressure
- Time: 6 minutes
- Release: Quick release immediately
Instructions
- Load the pot. Pour marinara into the inner pot, then add the half-jar water.
- Add sausage. Lay sausage links in the sauce and nestle them in. Do not stir.
- Pressure cook. Seal and cook on High Pressure for 6 minutes.
- Release. Quick release immediately.
- Finish. Stir sauce; if you want it thicker, use Sauté 3–5 minutes.
Serving ideas: Sausage subs, pasta, polenta, or rice.
