- Pressure: High Pressure
- Time: 70 minutes
- Release: Natural Release 15–20 minutes, then quick release
Instructions
- Load the pot. Place the chuck roast in the inner pot.
- Season. Sprinkle ranch seasoning and au jus mix evenly over the roast.
- Add pepperoncini. Pour the entire jar of pepperoncini and brine over top. Add butter if using.
- Pressure cook. Seal and cook on High Pressure for 70 minutes.
- Release. Natural release 15–20 minutes, then quick release remaining pressure.
- Finish. Shred or slice and stir the liquid into a gravy-like sauce.
Serving ideas: Mashed potatoes, rice, egg noodles, or sandwiches.
