Taco Soup (Whole Cans/Jars, Instant Pot)
Use whole cans and jars, pour broth in first, and stir lightly before pressure cooking.

- Pressure: High Pressure
- Time: 7 minutes
- Release: Natural Release 5 minutes, then quick release
Instructions
- Start with broth. Pour broth or water into the inner pot first.
- Add the rest. Add salsa, tomatoes, corn, beans, and taco seasoning. Stir lightly (avoid scraping thick salsa across the bottom).
- Pressure cook. Seal and cook on High Pressure for 7 minutes.
- Release. Natural release 5 minutes, then quick release remaining pressure.
- Serve. Stir and serve.
Toppings: Crushed tortilla chips, cheese, sour cream, avocado, cilantro.
